"Tricia McGill spins an adventurous tale that is full of rich history and a deep and profound love that spans lifetimes. I really enjoyed the travels and the gentle love that blossoms between Brys and Haesal. Tricia McGill's writing style is warm and inviting with lots of great research woven into the story. The characters were believable and the plot well thought out with many surprises. I highly recommend this for anyone who loves romance and love." Maria Desrosiers, eBook Reviews Weekly
"UNTIL ETERNITY starts off with a bang, slows a bit in the middle, and then has a super-fantastic ending. It even brought tears to my eyes, and this reviewer is a tough old bird. It is a fascinating read, with its history of England as it was after the Romans had departed. The characters are wonderful, and I had no trouble believing I had been spirited to the distant past with these people. Tricia McGill has done a wonderful job. Do not miss UNTIL ETERNITY!" "UNTIL ETERNITY is an interesting time travel with fascinating detail about the Dark Ages-a time period I admit to knowing almost nothing about. Rather than dwelling on the details of theperiod, then, I was able to just sit and enjoy the tale, and enjoy it I did. Brys, a modern English gentleman becomes a bona fide hero, pulling Haesal and her brother out of many scrapes that most definitely would have been their end. Haesal was perfectly portrayed, in my opinion. Unusually bright, she was not, however, rebellious or too independent, and that added to her credibility as a woman living in the fifth century. Secondary characters were necessary to make this plot-driven tale work, and they were both fascinating and, at times, repulsive. This story is not sugar coated, so watch out for some gore and stink, and all those elements one would expect during this time.Thoroughly entertaining, UNTIL ETERNITY will provide enjoyment for those readers interested in time travel romance and historical detail of the early centuries of British history." "Until Eternity is a delicious journey back to 450 A.D. Brys and Haesal are paired by fate, only to be ripped apart when Brys must return to his century. But Tricia McGill comes to the rescue, masterfully setting love back on course with her very satisfying ending. The luxury of romance novels is that they end happy. So I read on, wondering how Tricia would fix that. And she did, with modern people believing in past lives. That issue always makes it's way into my books, so I especially appreciated that. . I didn't notice any flaws in the delivery of the era, vocabulary of the era, etc. Authentic is the word I'm thinking of."

"This is a wonderfully complex tale about a man in another time. Ms. McGill is at her best describing the settings and making us feel as if we're in ancient times, with the good and the bad, the deep forest and Roman villages, the clothes and food are all brought to life for the reader. The characters are real and their story captivates as Brys tries to convince Haesal his love is true, and tells her about the wonders of his century. The two eras are held up side by side as Brys, the modern man, and Haesal, a woman from ancient Britain, meet and fall in love. Inter-woven with treachery and violence, the magic of the Celts, shape shifters and the old songs and legends, this story will sweep you into another time - one that you won't want to leave!" "Brys is your typical Alpha hero. He is strong, strikingly handsome and a natural born leader. He is fascinated by the time period he is sent to and constantly wishes that he had more time to explore it. Haesal is a wonderful heroine. She has the "sight". She is the healer among her people and is concerned about their welfare. This is a fascinating time-travel. I was engrossedfrom the first page. As this is a time period that I also find fascinating, I was enthralled by the day to day details contained in this story. Life definitely wasn't easy for these people. This is definitely a book that I recommend to all lovers of time-travel romance."

"UNTIL ETERNITY is a wonderful love story packed with adventure. I'm not usually a reader of novels written in ancient times or any time that takes you out of the present but UNTIL ETERNITY is one I'm glad I didn't miss. Ms. McGill has created a great story that will pull you in and hold you captive until the very last page. Her writing style and description of the setting, characters, and happenings make it easy to follow no matter what category of romance you are accustomed to reading. I truly enjoyed this novel and I look forward to reading more of her works."
Excerpt
She tipped her head so that she could look into his face. "Time really has little meaning. I think for us our souls will always find each other. I have a feeling that a power far greater than either of us is working for us."
"I will love you forever, through all time, and I do believe that’s true. We’ll find each other again. I know my soul will find yours. But for now I don’t want to spend a minute out of your sight, is that selfish of me?"
"If it is, then I am just as selfish, for I too cannot face a minute away from you." Sensual promise filled each word.
With a muffled groan Brys sought her mouth and kissed her with all the passion in him. When he lifted his head he gazed at her and questioned with his eyes. "Dare I believe that you mean what I hope you mean?
With a small nod of acquiescence, she made all his dreams come true. "I wish you to stay with me this night and every other night of our lives. If we are only to be blessed with a few moments in time, then so be it. But as long as we are together, I can face whatever fate decides for us. Any doubts I may have had before, the last few days have taught me that wherever you are is where I wish to be."
"How I love you." The love he felt for her was terrifying in its gravity. Reaching to pull her onto his lap, Brys took her lips in a slow sweet kiss. The tremors that raced through her frame told him that her desire matched his. He wanted to know every part of her. To own her heart, her soul, her senses, until there wasn’t a part of her that he didn’t possess.
Clinging to him until he was certain of her complete abandonment, she returned his kisses. Within seconds, their wild kisses added fuel to a fire that threatened to overwhelm him.
Haesal felt the hard ridge of his thighs beneath her. When Brys pulled back his breathing was as heavy as hers. He drew her even closer, if that were possible, and rested his forehead on hers. In a moment of constraint, she put a small space between them. A tiny part of her demanded that she resist, but it stood no chance against the great forces within her that leapt in response to his wondrous seduction.
"Still shy of me? Don’t fight me, and I’ll show you paradise." With trembling fingers he caressed the curve of her cheek.
"No." Haesal surprised herself with her firmness, and also surprised him, she could tell. His searing gaze wandered over her face and then lingered on her mouth. "All I want at this moment is to feel your touch on my skin. No one else could please me as you do. You make me feel as if I am entering a gateway to another world, a place where I have never been."
"So you are, my love, another dimension where nobody else exists but you and I."
He lifted her then, carried her to her pallet, lowered her gently on it and then dropped to her side.
Haesal reached for him at once. Running her questing hands over his shoulders, under his shirt, she traced the bones beneath his skin and the hard muscles of his back. She wound her fingers in the thick dark hair curling at his nape and pulled his face down to hers. She could not get close enough to him to satisfy her needs.
"Tell me you’re mine," he demanded against her lips. "Say it."
"I am your woman." Pleasure traveled through her. Her skin grew heated wherever he touched and she lifted her head to meet his mouth as it crushed down on hers and silenced her muted cries of pleasure.
He positioned her face, tilting it with his hands, and the kiss became a seductive sweetness that was coaxing as well as possessive. Then he allowed his hands to travel over her. His touch contained only gentleness and constraint yet felt as if it was burning her.
Brys swept kisses around her temples, closed her eyes with kisses, and she lay trembling in his embrace. Her palm came to rest where his heart beat heavily. It was as if the rhythmic thump of it joined with hers to bond her life force to his.
Smoothing the hollows of her throat with impatient fingers, Brys was aflame with longing, burning with his need for full possession of her. He’d never felt this way in any woman’s arms except his dream lover’s--had never responded so totally to the senses. He caressed her sensuously, intimately, and felt the shock of response run through her entire body.
"Your skin feels like silk," he murmured when his questing fingers caressed her silken thighs. "So smooth, so cool, so beautiful. Let me look at you."
Brys searched her eyes for consent and she gave it with a small movement of the head. With a start of pleasant surprise, he found his exploration had revealed she wore no underthings.
With infinite care he began to undress her, taking his time--the self-imposed constraint forcing sweat to break out on his forehead. He adored each part of her body as he uncovered it, murmured praise for each beautiful inch of her and wiped away the last traces of her shyness with his softly delivered words of love.
Haesal was helplessly melting under his touch. She tried, but failed, to control her breathing, so that her breasts did not rise and fall so boldly, but his touch made her cry out. The tiny growl of satisfaction that came from his mouth told her that the response of her body pleased him. Her lids yielded and she had to close her eyes, stop thinking, give way to feelings such as she had never thought to know, as desire poured through every part of her. A strange but pleasant heaviness threatened to overcome her, inviting her to move closer to him, to hold him in her arms and to yield to his mouth.
Her tunic and under dress were tossed aside; then, he breathed a sigh as he touched her naked, heated skin at last--her breasts, her stomach, the curve of her hip.
He gasped as his mouth played over the blemish on her right shoulder. "I knew it would be there." His husky voice came out in a whisper.
Haesal was too drowsy with desire to question his strange remark. She wanted to cover herself, yet at the same time wanted to brazenly let him look at her for as long as he wished. Her entire body melted beneath his kisses, and his touch. He dragged a thumb across a nipple and the breath caught in her throat as tremors shook her whole body, while a pool of heat formed at the center of her womanhood.
"What is it?" His voice was low and hoarse. "Don’t change your mind now."
Knowing that she was in harmony with this man, as the seasons were in harmony with all that lived and breathed, she shook her head wordlessly. The knowledge had been in her heart from almost the first moment he had appeared in her life. Lowering her gaze, she peered at the talisman on his chest between them and then touched it reverently. Beneath it his chest rose and fell rapidly.
"I know not what brought you to me, but I thank whoever had a hand in such sorcery." She pressed her lips to his throat and tasted salt on his hot damp flesh. His teeth grazed her as he bit down gently on one side of her neck. Cradling her breasts with his hands, he bent to kiss each hard tip, suckled gently until she arched her back and let out a small cry that she could not hold back. Her body pushed into him helplessly. The tug of his lips pulled something hot and seething from the pit of her stomach. Haesal pulled at his hair and twined her fingers in the silken strands. His breathing rapid, his cheeks deeply flushed, he brought his head up to gaze at her from eyes as dark and mysterious as the night.
"You’re so beautiful. But your fragility makes me almost afraid to touch you." The words were said unevenly.
"Please, do not stop touching me. I beg of you. I will not break at your touch. I wish to touch you, as you are caressing me." Surprised at her brazenness, her face heated.
She plucked at his shirtfront and he moved enough to free his arms so he could pull off his shirt and throw it to the side. Then the talisman joined it on the floor. "Your wish is my command." He smiled at her dreamily as he removed the rest of his clothing and then came back to take her in his arms again. "This is the way nature intended it to be."
