"LOOK INTO YOUR HEART is a wonderfully written love story.  This romantic situation takes place in Australia and the flavor of the dialogue is most captivating.  With each new sentence being spoken by the characters, I found myself caught in an enchanting whirlwind of hearing their charming voices.  It was an endearing quality which I enjoyed so much.  Tricia McGill has the precise recipe for romance and intrigue all within the pages of this expertly written novel."  Patti Oh In The Library Reviews

"The human soul needs love to be complete.  If denied this basic ingredient, the person the soul inhabits will be but an empty shell.  Passing through the experience called life with little sense of purpose. Look Into Your Heart examines the way four adults go about letting fate decide how they shall find their true love. This is a novel that will appeal to all lovers of the romance genre.  The author has told the story in a believable manner.  She is truly a great storyteller in command of her craft.
It is a book that I enjoyed reading and would strongly recommend it to others."

"What a great book! I loved the Aussie humor, and of course read the entire book in my head with an accent, which made Liam even hotter (as I love accents). A tantalizing page turner that will make your heart skip a beat every time Katie and Liam are together...
Giving into the desire of the man she knows she belongs with will take Katie on the wildest ride of her life...." Jenn Nixon  Live to See Tomorrow  Wings ePress

"Look Into Your Heart by Tricia McGill is a delightful love story–one that will grab your heart from the start.  Ms. McGill pulls you into the story from the beginning with her vivid descriptions of the beautiful Australian setting and the plot conceived by Bart and Viola to get Liam and Kate together.  There’s a wonderful touch of humor as Kate and Liam snipe at each other’s comments, trying to proclaim they have nothing more than a passing interest in each other.   I could feel the emotion and sense the mutual attraction between the two, and    I was never disappointed as I progressed from page-to-page.  Once I started, I had to finish... that should tell you how much I enjoyed Ms. McGill’s captivating story."

Tricia McGill has done it again with LOOK INTO YOUR HEART. McGill makes her characters come alive with such skill we forget we are reading fiction and begin to root for the heroine, get angry at the hero, love them both and want to shake them and tell them to get together already that's where they belong. Mc Gill's unique voice and turn of a phrase makes her work fresh and delightful to read. No worn out phrases and trite clichés for McGill.  Look into Your Heart is sensual and beautiful, a story that lives on in your mind long after the last kiss. I would highly recommend this book to any one looking for a good story with plenty of suspense, warmth and beautiful prose. Almost literary in style, McGill has put together a story you won't want to put down and will not soon forget."

Excerpt:

Once in her room she decided to have a quick shower. Leaving her damp clothes in a heap on the bathroom floor she got beneath the cool jets. She soaped herself, then shampooed her hair, quite forgetting she’d only intended this to be quick. Humming the tune she’d danced to, she finally stepped out. Mirrors on two walls gave reflections from different angles and she eyed herself critically before wrapping a towel about her body and tucking it in above her breasts. "Passable, I guess," she mused aloud, before going out to her bedroom.

"Now what are you up to?" Liam, changed into dry shorts and T-shirt, was just passing her open door. "Good God, woman, you’re wetter than before," he scolded, entering the room. Going into the bathroom he brought out another towel. Sitting on the edge of her bed, he ordered, "Come here. I’ll dry your hair."

Shakily Kate obeyed, and he drew her towards him until she stood between his spread knees. "Kneel down." Like a tractable child she obeyed, her head bent forward, her hands coming to rest on his thighs. He began to rub at her head rhythmically.

"Mmm," she sighed. "You have magical hands." He grunted. "Why don’t you like me?" She bit her lip as the childish question blundered out.

"Where did you get that idea from?" he asked, his hands pressing flat on her head as he stopped their movement.

"You were rude to me when I was fourteen and you didn’t seem too pleased with me when I arrived."

He made a funny sound. Kate wasn’t sure if it was a raspberry or a grunt. "I thought we’d clarified that I find you attractive, talented, and very desirable." His hands were now resting one on each side of her head. "On top of all that I think you have seductive eyes."

Pushing back the towel, Kate peered up at him, her hands moving beneath his shirt to rest on his chest. He made no move to stop her, but gasped some unintelligible word as her fingertips began to trace small circles on his skin.

"Do you really think I’m beautiful?" she asked huskily.

"Are you kidding? I know many women who would kill to have legs like yours. And your hair is fabulous." Pulling the damp towel from her head, he tossed it to the floor. Then he sifted his fingers through the damp strands with fingers, she noted, that trembled slightly.

"I’m too long," she grumbled, pushing at his thighs, and struggling to her feet. In her effort to stand, the towel became unfastened. "Whoops." She made a grab for it, trying to hitch it back in place.

Liam stopped her, tugging it free. Kate let it go and it fell with a soft thud at their feet.

"You’re slender, and majestic, and right now, Katie, not only do I think you beautiful, but I more than like you. I worship you." His voice had grown hoarse and his eyes hot with desire as they settled on her breasts.

"I’m blotto," she mumbled, in a last ditch attempt at lightness.

"You sure are," he agreed.

Kate drew herself up to her full height, transfixed by his obvious desire for her, by the glint that turned his eyes to silver.

It was sheer madness to behave like this.

"Do you know many women with short, stumpy legs?" she asked. It was time to defuse this charge of something elemental arcing between them.

"Thousands." Liam frowned. Her delicate brows were drawn together, and he tried to concentrate on them instead of letting his eyes rove over the delectable curves so blatantly displayed.

He’d told himself earlier, while changing, that he wouldn’t touch her again. This was getting way out of hand. But how could he resist this siren? The enticing scent of her skin was driving him nuts. Her fascinating eyes were filled with undisguised emotion. The lure of her magnificent body stirred his blood until he felt that if he didn’t take her in his arms and kiss her until she surrendered to this primitive need firing his blood he’d go completely insane.

"Do you go around displaying your assets to a lot of men?" he asked, coughing to clear the sudden huskiness in a throat that felt like sandpaper. It astonished him to realize he was jealous as hell of any man who’d seen her like this.

She seemed startled by his question, her eyes shooting down, as if she’d forgotten that she was as naked as the day she was born. With fascinating coyness she put her arms across her front.

"You mean do I prance about in the altogether? As a matter of fact you’re the first man I’ve ever had the urge to..." As her words drifted off Liam stifled the urge to grab her.

"Am I really, Katie?" His voice was as unsteady as the hands he placed on her waist--on skin like silk. Liam stifled a groan as his temperature soared. Much more of this and he’d reach boiling point.
